We feel overwhelmed, frustrated and lonely when we miss our roots and forget what kind of strength has brought us here and now, for an aligned purpose with our personal, familiar and global issues and roles, turning suffer in love, disasters in missions for our and others’ lives.
The source doesn’t looks or ask for a way, simply flows, anywhere, anytime,through the forever now. Where is, and how to reconnect to the source and flow that you forgot and is missing in your journey, and so on in your daily work and main purpose?”
The organizational constellations is one key to let us find the hidden dynamics inside oneself and in a group when the big picture is weak or lost for many. The main goal is to help clarify what can be apart, broken or tied in hidden dynamics that causes animosity or lack of focus, helping to unveil ones real mission in this here and now, to flow again together to the big ocean and bigger meaning of a mission.
Daniele Tedesco is a globally recognized organizational constellator since 2007, certified as Master Trainer by the European International Forum for System
Constellations in Organizations. For 17 years, he has been a writer and professor in this area through clinical and organizational psychology, at renowned universities in Brazil in postgraduate courses in psychology, family law, succession and administration.
She was a professor of several lawyers and judges who works for Brazilian court, and acts internationally in the pacification of systemic problems and conflicts, from average to complex levels in families, social and institutional environments.
